I am the founder of Inspiring Futures, based in London, through which I am a Women’s Personal Business Coach and a Marketing Strategy Consultant.
I am hugely passionate about helping Women achieve their personal business dreams and all that comes with that, be it increased fulfilment, freedom, financial success or work-life balance (I am also happy to work with men). I am a big believer in the importance of finding the work you love and making it work for you, which is something I have done for myself and continue to work at.
Before qualifying as a Coach, I spent 9 years working in Integrated Marketing Agencies, most recently as an Account Director for clients including Procter & Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline. I loved motivating a team and helping them to develop personally whilst achieving great business results. I also thrived on the strategic and creative side of developing and growing an idea.
However, I’d always harboured a dream to work for myself, helping others on a more personal and one to one level. Plus it was working on smaller client businesses, direct with the business owners that I'd always felt more rewarded.
So, I committed to finding out how best to do this. Training as a Coach was an obvious choice not only because of my interest in human behaviour but due to its positive, empowering and forward focused nature. So, I re-set my course, trained and became a qualified Coach with an ITOL Diploma in Coaching Excellence. I immediately gravitated towards working with women with small businesses or those who had a desire to start thier own business.
My marketing skills and expertise proved a perfect compliment...Business Coaching and Marketing Support for small businesses seem to be a winning team not only for me but for the business owners I work with.
Integrity, honesty and respect are very important to me and I work by these values. I also have a genuine understanding of all that’s involved in us pursuing and achieving positive change both personally and commercially.
I’m happy to say that I’m living out two life dreams through Inspiring Futures…helping other women to thrive through their own ventures whilst running my own successful business.

The key to effective Marketing, like Coaching, starts with a clear picture of what you represent and what you’re really trying to achieve. The next thing to establish is who your ideal target audience is or who they should be. Once you have those fundamentals established, everything else builds from there.
Lots of people skip these steps and that’s where things start to go wrong and money gets wasted. When you get this bit right, it then dictates where you should be marketing yourself and in what way.
Good marketing is essentially about communicating with the right people, with the right offering, in the right place, at the right price and at the right time. It’s about avoiding a scatter-gun approach that aims to hit everyone, attracts no-one, puts people off and leaves you wondering why.
It doesn’t need to be difficult or expensive but it does need to be well thought through. If you’re clever, no matter what your criteria there will always be ways that you can use Marketing to make a difference to your business.
My approach is different to most Marketing Consultants. I aim to demystify Marketing and over time empower you to become your own Marketeer. I use my experience from working on big brands like Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline and Nokia to help small businesses like yours to develop Marketing Strategies. Simply put, this means developing a plan of attack that will help you achieve your business objectives.
We work together and I encourage my Clients to get involved in the creative process. Unlike with big businesses, this is your baby we’re working with and so it’s important for you to have a hand in it. It can also be a really fun part of growing your business and can help inspire you to really start living and breathing the strategy that we develop for you.
Aside from developing brand identities and winning strategies, I can also help you with the more hands on, practical side of things such as:
- Developing names, logos, tag-lines and supporting material such as leaflets, brochures etc.
- Choosing suppliers such as printers, web developers, designers…
- Briefing and managing such suppliers to ensure you get the best results for the right price
- Developing messages, copywriting, proofing & editing
- Developing and selling-in press releases
…and much more – just ask!
So, whether you need help in developing a ‘plan of attack’, want short-term help in developing one specific area or just want to learn and feel more confident and competent in Marketing, I can help.
Inspiring Futures Marketing support is about simplifying Marketing for your success.
